After the tragedies of the last few years where far to many people have died in shootings on university campuses are there any places where you are allowed to concealed carry?

I have heard you can carry your legaly licensed crime stopper at the University of Utah is that the only place?

As far as I can see none of the crimes have been carried out by people carrying licensed concealed weapons. Surely a well trained legally licensed firearm could have reduced the damage?
